| Dear colleague, small business owner. This is a short real story from my life, which you may find |
| similar to yours. When I started my own business, I've met the worst challenge which I hated most. |
| At the end of each tax period I had to calculate tons of receipts two or three times over. |
| I needed software that can keep track and calculate receipts for the duration of the tax period, |
| then have the data ready for my accountants, independent contractors and others. |
| I went to the local retailer to look for this software and found them to be very expensive, $299, $399... |
| The cheapest one I found was close to $40. This software wasn't very clear on how it works, |
| but figured I would give it a shot anyways. |
This is what happened next
| 1. I did not need 70% of the software's content. (I’m glad I did not spend $299) |
| 2. The rest of the 30% did not cover all my basic business needs. |
| 3. Then, when I lost the password, I couldn't even open the software again. |
| 4. Thank you guys, you have successfully managed to use my $40 to produce more of those $40 pieces of plastic. |
This is the result:
| 1. My mom found this $40 software in the kitchen garbage can. |
| 2. I called my friend who is a good programmer working for a software company. |
| 3. We spent two years making this entirely new software that satisfies my all business needs. |
| U guessed it, this software cost to me much more than $399 (time, expenses, attorney fees). But it wasn't about money it was |
| about principle. |
| Finally I got what I wanted and I can use this software for the next 7 to 10 years. Then, I may start to look for the $299 deal. |

| 6. I can use a Conventional calculator as part of this software. |
| 7. I can change the numbers and recalculate the entire column(calculation) with just one click. |
| 8. I can freeze(make read-only) the entire column, so nobody can make any changes. |
| 9. I can erase an entire column with just one click. |
| I do not charge too much for this software. I know how it’s like out there to see those $299 or $40 prices. |
| You can download a free trial and see how you like it for one month. |
| When you try to open a trial or full version of this software, your computer may warn you: |
| “The publisher could not be verified”. That’s true, I’m not a “known publisher”. |
| My computer always reminds me of that too. |
| This Software does not contain any spyware or malware. I have no interest in spreading those around. |
| My goal is to distribute this software to people like me and make a little bit of money in the process. |
| This software does not store data. So this software does not even have a slightest chance |
| of harming your calculation data. |

This is what computer does:
| 1. accepts and receives the data from software, by the software requests. |
| 2. stores the data on the hard disk, flash memory, CD… . |
| 3. sends the data back to software, by the software request. |
| Don't worry, if you accidentally click on one of those “dangerous” buttons that can erase or freeze the |
| column’s data, the software will give you plenty of warnings before you can make your own decision. |
| Don’t worry about money transaction. I'm using reputable company’s safe channel, the same |
| way any other liable companies would do. |
| I realize the importance of our customers data safety and take it very seriously. |
1. HOW TO COPY AND PASTE.
| You can save corrected and original versions of calculation. But first you have to make a |
| copy of the original column and then start correcting it. Video shows how to make a copy of the |
| original calculation. |
2. HOW TO CORRECT NUMBERS.
| You just highlight the number you want to change, then delete it and type a new number. |
| Then you click the “ReCalc Column” button and the entire data from top to bottom |
| will be recalculated. |
